How Do I Place An Order?
Head to our product pages, pop everything your heart desires in your basket, hit the little bag icon on the top right of the screen, and follow the checkout instructions. If you have any issues at all, reach out to us via any of our contact methods
What Methods Can i Pay Via?
You can pay via card or PayPal- whichever your preference. All our payments are secure, handled via Wix payments, or PayPal- protecting your details and keeping you safe whilst shopping with us.
How Long Will I Need to Wait?
As we make to order (reducing waste- yay!) our aim is to make and send your order within 5-7 days of your placing it. We understand how hard it can be to wait for your gorgeous new items to arrive, and so we will always get them out to you as quickly as we possibly can.
If f0r any disappointing, and unfortunate reason, things will be a little longer- we will drop you an email to let you know.
Who Will Deliver My Fabulous New Purchases?
We send all items via Royal Mail First class, and will share the tracking number with you, so that you can follow its journey (like tracking Santa on Christmas Eve!)
Why don't you stock my size?
We do not wish to exclude ANYONE! If you cannot find your size pleeeease reach out to us at; and we shall source (and stock) your size for the future.
Do you do customised prints?
Whilst we don't offer these as standard, we absolutely can work with you on something customised, so get in touch and we can have a chat about what you'd be looking for!
How do i look after my new purchases?
For all fabric items;
-Wash inside out at 30 degrees
-Vinyl does not enjoy the heat- so avoid tumble drying, and definitely DO NOT iron directly on the vinyl as the poor guy will shrivel and melt! If your item needs an iron- do so inside out, but not on the 100% polyester vests- these are best not ironed at all- or at least on a very low heat.
For all jewellery items;
- Avoid getting perfume/hairspary etc. on your items, as this will cause the metal to tarnish
- To prolong the life- don't keep submerged in water for long periods of time (so remove before a bath/shower, and get someone else to do the washing up?!)
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you LOVE your order. However, if for any reason you do not, here is our returns policy;
All items, EXCEPT earrings, can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged and must be in the same condition as when they were sold. Please pack any returns safely so that they aren't damaged during their journey back.
You should keep a receipt of your return- and we recommend sending via a recorded method just to be on the safe side. The cost of returns for unsuitable items will be paid by you- until we become the giant empire we aspire to be, and can then pay the costs for you ;)

How are my items packaged?
Our items make the perfect gifts (for yourself or others), as the jewellery arrives on a wooden feathers, in an organza bag, and clothing arrives lovingly wrapped in tissue paper with a sprinkle of feathers- even if the order is for yourself it should feel like a gift to open in our opinion.
